Hello! I’m Brittany and I’d love to lend a creative helping hand with your “Brite” ideas!

When I decided I wanted to get my degree in Graphic Design, I thought I would eventually go into marketing at a magazine or newspaper maybe.

Never did I imagine I would live on a farm/ranch in Central Montana, write a blog, draw fun cards, crochet washcloths, or spend roughly 50% off my time in a car, BUT I am so grateful that God chose this direction and that I get to use the gifts He has given me to create ways to offer gifts to those around me.

“Brite” can be traced to the Norwegian language {a good chunk of my ancestry is Norwegian} and could have been the starting point for the name “Brittany.” When I discovered this and dug deeper to find the meaning of this version of “Brite” I was honestly shocked that the name I chose years ago because I liked the spelling - trying to be different and stand out - actually meant how I now, almost 15 years after graduating, feel about this creative outlet:

The Nordic meaning of “Brite” is Strong.

This is not a word I would normally use to describe myself; as I’ve become a wife and mother, the word strong can oftentimes be shied away from and can be used in a negative light, but I want to change that.

Strong is not only beautiful, but it takes strength to be gentle and kind and to smile when it’s hard. Strong can be vulnerable and supportive and bright.

How can I help bring your brite {aka strong} ideas to life?
